Uroš has been working in the field of medical devices since 1995. He's been the development manager at a manufacturer of professional medical devices for more than 15 years and the quality manager at the same company for more than 12 years. Since 2011, he has been the co-owner and director of the company TUKO d.o.o., which specializes in consulting in the field of medical devices and the introduction of quality management systems for manufacturers of medical devices.

As a registered auditor of quality systems, he has the following statuses: leading auditor for ISO 9001: 2015 and EN ISO 13485: 2016, independent auditor of the technical file for determining the conformity of medical devices and auditor of the clinical evaluation of medical devices. Uroš is also a lecturer, mainly for topics in the field of medical devices, as well as for leading auditors according to ISO 9001: 2015. He has been working in the field of mentoring and counseling since 2013.
