Dr. Mark Pleško, Ph.D., is an international expert on nuclear accelerator control systems and an entrepreneur who founded his company Cosylab in 2001. It is one of the leading companies in the field of nuclear accelerator control systems, major physics testers and cancer treatment devices based on particles. Since 2015, Dr. Pleško has also been the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Jožef Štefan Institute.
Dr. Pleško is actively investing in high tech startups and block chain based startups. Among others, he invested in startups Viberate and Eligma.
