Deep Tech Hub builds a community of stakeholders in the research and entrepreneurship ecosystem whose primary goal is to accelerate the commercialization of promising deep tech projects developed through scientific research activities and was initiated by the Slovene Enterprise Fund.
The Deep Tech Hub program is designed to support deep tech projects based on scientific advances and cutting-edge engineering and business design to develop breakthrough solutions that address pressing societal problems.
Communities are formed:
- Academic entrepreneurs & researchers and other deep tech project promoters;
- Experienced business consultants and tech experts;
- Domestic and international investors specializing in deep-tech ventures;
- Specialized support environment organizations within universities and research centres.
The program aims to identify the best deep tech projects and accelerate their global commercialization. In doing so, we aim to contribute to creating products and services for the green and digital transition and creating new high-value-added jobs.
The Deep Tech Hub network of specialized entities provides comprehensive support through a series of activities:
- A program to map promising deep tech projects within R&D organizations and companies and build deep tech communities.
- Active promotion of deep tech entrepreneurs and projects.
- Creating promotional and educational video content on deep tech entrepreneurship.
- Organizing conferences on deep tech entrepreneurship.
- Conducting educational and promotional events for the commercialization of deep tech projects.
- Provide individual advice and support to deep tech project promoters.
- Connecting deep tech projects with investors and strategic partners.
